The 26th Night Photoshoot held at Royal Air Force Northolt certainly won’t be remembered for the quantity of participants on show, with just a handful of visiting aircraft making it to the West London station after poor weather and operational requirements causing a raft of cancellations.
Fewer aircraft did however offer the opportunity to experiment with angles on the high quality of types that were present, which included an RAF Lockheed C130J Hercules and an Aerospatiale SA 316B Alouette III from the Belgian Navy.
